Requirements for applying to take the FCC exams:

1. Have a Physical Address in the U.S. Territory where you can receive post items.
2. Obtain an FRN (FCC Registration Number) from the FCC website at https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do.
3. Have ID such as valid passport or US driver's license.
