The JARC facility is located in the Wally Pontiff Jr. Playground at 1521 Palm Street, Metairie, LA 70001. Upon entering the playground keep to the right-side of the roadway past the Stop sign and the facility will be straight ahead at the end under the cell tower. During baseball season, parking can be a challenge somtimes and you may have a short walk. Please allow a little extra time to arrive to begin filling out your application. Bring your fully charged Laptop, iPad or Tablet with an 8-inch or larger screen with a browser app installed. Smart cell phones are NOT recommended.
